I have been looking at the courage it takes to leave a well paid job and launch out on your own.

No other job to go to, no friends in high places to slot you neatly into a significant role, like a piece of a jigsaw. Just the fear and uncertainty of what lies ahead coupled with the excitement and exhilaration of a bold new horizon.
